When one hits F1 key while the dialog is focused, or clicks the “Help” button, the URI associated to this file will be loaded, using your default application registered for this type of URI.

This is a competing help system to GimpDialog:help-id and GimpDialog:help-func. Only the latest property set will be enabled.

Use this when you just have a simple URI to load for documenting your dialog, rather than a more complicated system based on a help function and ID.
